Simple Steps to Apply Online

Step 1
Go through "Online Application Procedure" carefully.
Step 2
Register to create your login details to apply online.
Step 3
Login to the System to start filling of the application form.
Step 4
Fill up Application form Step by Step.
Step 5
Pay Application Fee through Online Payment (SB Collect) and get SBCollect Refence Number.
Step 6
Fill up Payment Details at step 3 of the application form.
Step 7
Review your form at final stage and edit if required.
Step 8
Final Submission after reviewing the form.
Step 9
Have a Copy of your successfully submitted Application Form and Index Card.
Step 10
Send the printout of the Application form along with the SB Collect e-Receipt to the following address:
