Online Application Procedure

Important points for Online application process

1. Applicant Registration to the e-Admission Portal:
   Go to New User Registration link. Register to the portal by providing following information
   1) Your current functioning email id.
   2) Choose the course to which you want to apply.
   3) Enter a password using which you will be able to login to the portal.
2. Applicant Login into the e-Admission Portal:
   Click on Applicant Login link. Login to the portal by providing the login information with which you have registerd.
3. Application Process – Step 1 (Personal Info):
   Step 1 is to provide the Personal Information of Applicant. Before starting the process be ready with the following items:
   

   i. Soft copy of your recent photograph in JPG format with dimension of 150px in width and 180px in height
   ii. Soft copy of your signature in JPG format with dimension of 200px in width and 40px in height.
   

   Fill up Step 1 with necessary data and click on “Save & Continue” to move to the next Step.
4. Application Process – Step 2 (Academic Info):
   Step 2 is to provide the Academic Information of Applicant. Fill up Step 2 with necessary data and click on “Save & Continue” to move to the next Step.
5. Application Process – Step 3 (Payment Info):
   Step 3 is to provide the Payment Information. Fill up Step 3 with necessary data and click on “Save & Continue” to move to the review Step. (Below point 6&7 is regrding the application fee.)
6. Application Fee:
   General/OBC /Minority: Rs.1000/-
   SC/ST/PwD category: Rs.500/-
7. Deposit of Application Fee:
   You can make the payment through SB Collect. With this option you can make payment online using any Credit/Debit card or though net banking without visiting any bank. Click here to get a Step by Step guide to complete the payment successfully.
   Go to https://www.onlinesbi.com/ -> State Bank Collect OR https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm to make the payment. After successful completion of online payment, one e-Receipt is generated containing a Reference Number. Save the e-Receipt in PDF format and also take print out. (The e-Receipt printout is to be sent along with the final application form to RIE Bhubaneswar.)
8. Application Process – Step 4 (Review Form):
   Once Step 1, Step 2, & Step 3 are completed with all relevant data, a single page preview of your entire application is generated in Step-4. You need to verify all the fields in this step and if everything looks perfect, check on UNDERTAKING / DECLARATION and Click on “Save & Submit” to complete the process.
9. Download / Take Printout of application form and index card:
   Once you “Save and Submit” your application, two new menus will be generated at your panel, “Print Form” and “Index Card”. Click on the respective links and download or take printout of both the documents for future reference.
10. Send Application form and e-Receipt to RIE Bhubaneswar:
    Send the print out of the Application form along with the SB Collect e-Receipt to the following address:
