  • Q1: When can I apply online for admission to a particular Course?

    A: The date and time limit for applying online and offline are mentioned in details in Important Dates link.

  • Q2: Are there any detailed instructions to guide an applicant for submitting an online application?

    A: Yes, for filling up the Online Admission Application an applicant must refer to Online Application Procedure link.

  • Q3: How do I move to the next page when fields at one Module/Section (Page) have been
         completely filled in?

    A: When one Module/Section (Page) has been completely filled in, you should click on the "Save & Continue" button at the bottom of the same Module/Section (page) to get the next Module/Section (page).

  • Q4: How much is Application Fee?

    A: For General/OBC category: Rs.1000/-.
    For PwD/SC/ST category: Rs.500/-

  • Q5: How to make payment ?

    A: Online Applicants can make payment online through SB Collect only.
    Please go through Online Application Procedure or Offline Application Procedure to get detailed guidance for respective payment method.

  • Q6: I have submitted the Online Application Form. Should I send the printout of the application to
         RIE Bhubaneswar by post?

    A: Yes, you have to send the printout of the Application form along with the SB Collect e-Receipt to RIE Bhubaneswar by post. However, you should keep copies of the same (both Hard Copy and Soft Copy) with you for future refernces.

  • Q7: I am in step 2 in the Online Application form and I want to change some information at
         Step 1. How should I do this?

    A: You can change/update the information in different modules (except the details provided at the time registration) before the final submission of the Online Application form. System will show the preview of the completed application in the final step. Thereafter you can make your desired changes. You are advised that you submit your Online Admission Application when you feel that all information is correct. Once submitted, the information given cannot be changed anymore. You are also advised to check the quality of photo and signature being uploaded.

  • Q8: In which format the scanned photograph and signature should be?

    A: The images of the photograph and signature should be scanned in the JPG format. The required sizes are given in the Online Application Procedure.

  • Q9: Whether the photograph should be in Black & White or in colour?

    A: Only colour latest photo as long as they are as per the given specifications and the quality of photograph is good enough to be identifiable and acceptable.

  • Q10: What should be the size of the scanned photograph and the signature?

    A: The candidate should scan his/her signature which has been put on white paper with black ink pen. For photograph, the pixel size is 150px in width × 180px in height and for signature it should be 200px in width × 80px in height. Please ensure that the uploaded photograph/signature is recent and clear.

  • Q11: After filling up the Online Admission Application, I got Blank Screen / Internet got disconnected /     My PC closed / hanged / shutdown. Is my application saved?

    A: You Application is having multiple steps and you are requested to press ‘Save and Continue’ Button after completing each Step. In case of any disturbance during your application process, the information up to the point where you last clicked the 'SAVE AND CONTINUE” button shall be saved. Hence you can again login into your account and start from next step.

  • Q12: How do I know that my Online Application is saved and has been received successfully by RIE Bhubaneswar?

    A: On Final Submission you will be receiving your Application No. with successful submission message and two new menus will be added to your account as "Print Form" and "Index Card". Please download or keep a printout of your online application form and index card for future communication.

  • Q13: What details should I retain after completion of my Online Application Process?

    A: It is strongly advised that after the completion of Online Application Process, the applicant must take a print out of the submitted Online Application Form and Index card. The candidate is also advised to keep his/her payment proof which might be required by RIE, Bhubaneswar in case of any discrepancy.

  • Q14: What are the minimum eligibility criteria?

  • Q15: What is the Selection procedure?

  • Q17: What documents are needed are to be uploaded with online application?

    A: Following is the list of documents to be uploaded.
           1. Recent photograph in JPG format with dimension of 150px in width × 180px in height.
           2. Signature in JPG format with dimension of 200px in width × 80px in height

  • Q18: In case of any mistake can I edit the form?

    A: Yes. Before final submission of the form you will be given a review stage, where you can verify all your entered data and edit them if required.

  • Q19: What documents can be provided for determination of Home State?

  • Q20: How to find out the status of application form after submission?

    A: The dates for all the admission processes are given at the Important Dates Link. You may visit the website and login to your account to check the status of your application.

  • Q21: Can I apply for multiple courses online?

    A: Yes. But you need to register, login and fill up application form separately. However, you can use your same email id and cell phone number to register for separate courses.
